This quest is very easy to solo.
Run to UBRS. When youget in there will be 3 Orcs in front of you, and a patrol with a single Orc with a Worg. Wait for the patrol to start going left. Root, slow, or stun the 3 mobs, run past them, and loot the item off the barrel. Then try to run out.
Enjoy your new item.

Description
Me n' Winky, off on adventures again! This is the life, I tell ye. No burning air to breathe, an' plenty of ogres to kill! <Oralius rubs his belly.> We did leave a bit of a mess back there in the Blackrock Spire, though. A whole mess of these iron-plated orcs and some proto-dragons marched right on up from the south and took it over. Ol' Winky, he couldn't take the guilt. Went on back by himself he did, to stop them! Or... to JOIN them! Winky, ye two-timing son of an orc. Ye've got to stop him!
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: Upper Blackrock Spire
The history of this imposing fortress is long and complex. Carved into the fiery core of Blackrock Mountain by the Dark Iron clan centuries ago, and eventually taken by the black dragon Nefarian and his brood, the upper reaches of Blackrock Spire are now home to the Ironmarch vanguard.
