Argent Dawn reputation is unlocked through the questline given by Fiona starting at the wagon near the border between EPL and WPL. Once you get halfway through, you can also do the repeatable quests Aberrations of Bone and Annals of the Silver Hand for more reputation to exalted.
The quests required to unlock Argent Dawn reputation take about 20-30 minutes total:

Completing "The Trial of the Crypt" will automatically put you at Revered with the Argent Dawn. Now you can complete the repeatable quests Annals of the Silver Hand and Aberrations of Bone for additional dawn rep.
After handing in the quest you can simply head to
/way #23 35.7 22.9 Naxxramas Portaland run Naxx to get the items for the Grappling Hook. I assumed there was something special you need to do, but you can just continue running Normal Naxx. :)

Though I was able to conceal our army past them, I have since learned to dispel them should the need ever arise. I will confess my disbelief of your story. However, if you are so devoted to this investigation, I will enchant your insignia so you may breach these barriers yourself.
