The Dragon Isles Await

How does one get this quest? It was removed from my quest tab after launch, and now I have no idea how to get it. Wrathion is also gone for me.
Does anyone know a workaround?

As of the War Within starting it seems no characters level 70 plus (with the exception of dracthyr) can start any of these quests if they haven't already. Like our Remix characters, they are for now locked out of doing these quests. At least until Blizzard fixes it.

Storyline [storyline=1289] + Extra Quests:

1. The Dragon Isles Await - start automaticly when login You need to go to Stormwind and speak with [npc=189569] 79.9 27.2
2. Aspectral Invitation - speak with [npc=189569] conversation will start.
3a. Expeditionary Coordination - Speak with 3 NPC: [npc=189767] 64 37.4, [npc=189765] 63.2 70.1 and [npc=189763] 38.2 45.2
3b. The Obsidian Warders - speak with [npc=198401] 51.1 67.5 on top of tower
5. Whispers on the Winds - Speak with [npc=193450] He will come from teleport, Video will start.
6. Chasing Storms - Start from [npc=189077] 22.9 55.5 Speak with Storm Hunter William 25 53.2
For Storyline probably the rest of the quests next week. But after 6 quests You can do extra quests:
- Legacy of Tyr: Secrets of the Past - Do dungeon [zone=13968] located in 41.4 9.9, best way is to go LFG dungeons. Dont forget to put dungeon on normal dif.
- A Primal Threat - Kill mobs at Primal Elements and pick up from them 10 [item=192493] Reward is [item=199109].
After finishing quest 6 You will be able to buy items from Storm Hunter William. All items 252ilvl + [item=199337] and [item=202188], to Buy all item you need [item=199211] you can get them from killing mobs at Primal Elements.

Achievement Against the Elements and how to get [item=199686] Guide:

First think about Primal Elements. You have 4 elements bosses and they are spawn only in 3 location:
/way Badlands 32.9 42.1
/way Un'Goro Crater 48.4 27.8
/way Northern Barrens 35.2 40.4

Elements are spawn every 3 hours and is random elemental on each location ( can be 3 x ice or 1xfire 1xice 1x wind ).

To get Achi done You just need to kill all 4 bosses but to get [item=199686] You need to get drop from them but is not 100% drop rate.
Elemental bosses and drop:
- [npc=185784] drop [item=199838] i got it after 2nd kill :D,
- [npc=189954] drop [item=199837] i got it after 11 kills xD
- [npc=189933] drop [item=199839] i got it after first kill :D
- [npc=189955] drop [item=199836] i got it after 2nd kill :D.

Now most important for drop, to get it easy use LFG ! in this way i get all Dimmed Primeval very fast. Only You need to be lucky with elemental spawn.
