TheWoWDBI couldn't find Windcaller Proudhorn to turn this in to. I had to change the time to "before the wound" through Zidormi (speech bubble on the map) before the NPC would show up.

Actually, you can complete this quest and the Warchief's Command/Hero's Call quests. You can not have both quests in your log at the same time, but if you complete the Warchief's Command quest first, you can then go pick this one up (or The Sands of Silithus). Almost all Warchief's Command/Hero's Call quests work this way with the other breadcrub quests. Try it!
Note, this quest and it's Winterspring counterpart are worth a lot more rep/XP than the Warchief's Command/Hero's Call quests. Since they are mutually exclusive, you're better off going with one of these. Additionally, since this quest is a continent closer to the zone this gets turned-in in, you should be able to pick this up on your way to the zone.

Description
Cenarion Hold, in Silithus, is one of the biggest druid settlements in Kalimdor. Almost as big as Moonglade, mon. Someday, maybe Zen'Aliri be headin' on over to Cenarion Hold... fightin' some Twilight's Hammer, healin' the land where the silithid tear it... but Zen'Aliri's master tells him to wait. So Zen'Aliri waits. The easiest way to get there is that path up Un'Goro Crater's northwestern cliffs. If you got no master... there's nothing keepin' you from movin' on.
