TheWoWDBThis appears to be the new way to get Gordok Ogre Suits (Excluding Tailoring/Leatherworking) in Cataclysm
It has both advantages and disadvantages over the pre-Cata version
Advantage is that you no longer need to supply Bolts of Runecloth, Rugged Leather or Rune Thread
However, the Disadvantage is that it appears to no longer grant 75 Steamwheedle Cartel Rep

The entrance to the Gordok Commons is located at
/way Feralas 62.31 24.92
With two other instances nearby, things can get kind of confusing.
The [item=18240] is on the floor right above where the goblin was, though there's only one per instance from what I've seen from the basket though. It can also be found in [object=179501] which you need [item=18250] to unlock the goblin. The key has a instance zone drop basically.
*edit - Forgot to mention [npc=14351] spawns when you open the basket :x

If you're going to fight the king of the Gordok then you're going to need to get by Captain Kromcrush. Now, you can get by him by killing him, sure. You might actually want to leave him alive. How, you ask? I think I know! An ogre suit! I'll make you one if you bring me an Ogre Tannin from upstairs. I'm not going anywhere like this...
