I tried to do the same with button two and three (in case there were more spells than one), however, they didn't seem to do anything, but there might be more than one spell still.
All I did was spam that macro and he died though :)
You must complete Spiritual Training: Mercy is for the Weak, Seeds of Discord, and Grudge Match to get the The Greater of Two Evils and Twilight Territory quests.

Description
We took Darkwhisper Gorge from the demons of the Burning Legion by force. We've held on to our territory pretty well so far, with one exception. We recently lost the Gates of Sothann to a pit lord and his army. We cannot allow this to stand. Use this talisman when you're near him. You'll gain the powers of a flame ascendant temporarily. Make it count.
