This part of the achievement is not bugged but has 2 parts.

First part you will receive around 4k rep. Second at 7k.

At 7.000 reputation you get the quest "To The Valley!" (You will receive it at DO home base) that sends you to Kun-Lai Summit, where you pick Legacy of the Korune / Clearing the path.

Clearing the path is the trivial quest that requires you to slain 10 Mogu with 2 NPCs supporting you.

For Legacy of the Korune you have to loot 3 items.

1. You can loot it from the ground around coordinates 57.48
2. Drops from Korune Sha-Weaver (Have about 1.2m hp)
3. Drops from Korune Mutilator (Have about 1.2m hp)

Final quest: "Trapping the leader" will require you to slain Mogu Leader.

After you done all these 3 quests you will get "Korune" part of the meta achievement checked.

Description

These terracotta wardens are fearsome, but not nearly as horrifying as the creature that we found at the top of the ruins. Some of our surviving scouts reported seeing some kind of mogu spellweaver on the highest rise to the north. He practices a type of magic unlike any other we have seen. We must learn whatever we can from this creature. Slay him, and bring me anything you find.

    We managed to fend off the mogu wardens and their dogs, but many of the blood elves from the scouting party were not as lucky. Many of my people are trapped inside the ruins to the north. We are devising a solution to break them out, but I believe there may be a more straightforward approach.
