For those who wonder : If you are worried about heading to Kul'Tiras because you want to finish Zandalar first, DO NOT be worried !
It'll only take about 5 minutes to set the foothold and then you'll be back to Zandalar.Added to that, it'll offer you your second piece of equipement with trait andsome bonus Azerite Power.
It's all worth it ^^

There are 3 foothold selection quests. All of them have the same mechanics.
You select a foothold, complete some storyline there and after couple of levels you get next foothold selection quest.
- The Kul Tiras Campaign at 110 level
- The Ongoing Campaign at 114 level
- The Final Foothold at 118 level
You can select one of 3 footholds and it doesn't really matter which one you choose.
Complete 1 foothold now and then wait for the next questline after couple of levels.
All 3 will be available at 120 level anyway.
- Tiragarde Sound selected => Shiver Me Timbers
- Drustvar selected => A Trip Across the Ocean
- Stormsong Valley selected => The Warlord's Call

Ok, so, this is my favorite line I have ever heard Nathanos say. I played from the start, he called you a worm as you did everything he needed done.
Blah blah years later, this quest hits, I hear him say this, (I know its an expansion statement), "Ah-heh, speaker of the Horde". that is gold! Props to the voice actor! Props to the writer! Props to the lore guy!
So much disdain, and acknowledgement, its just gold!

Description
Our enemy spreads its influence throughout Kul Tiras, recruiting new allies to fight against the Horde. We must establish footholds in these enemy lands if we are to win this war. The Warchief requires your assistance in securing outposts in Stormsong Valley, Drustvar, and Tiragarde Sound. Which location shall we secure first?
