TheWoWDBIt seems that you need to take the ride from [npc=68681] over to Garrosh'ar Advance in order to receive credit for "finding" Baine.
As a Mage I teleported to the Shrine and flew from there, but I was unable to get credit for the quest even after flying out and back into the camp and relogging.Going back to Krasarang and taking the flight path given by Tak-Tak, I completed the quest the moment I got off the kite.

Description
I have another message for you from High Chieftain Bloodhoof. It seems you've made quite the impression on him. He travels with the Warchief's vanguard into Kun-Lai Summit, to the north. They have set up an outpost, Garrosh'ar Advance, just east of One Keg. You had best not keep him waiting. Speak to Tak-Tak for swift travel.
