The Moss-twined Heart is an Alliance-only quest for level 1-30 in Teldrassil. It rewards 1 reputation reward and 2,050 experience.
The heart of Blackmoss the Fetid is covered with a dark, oily moss. In fact, the only way to tell this is a heart is from its slow, rhythmic beat... A beat that continues even now.
Perhaps Denalan will want to see this heart.

To clarify: Blackmoss the Fetid spawns near Wellspring Lake, to the north - NOT Lake Al'Ameth, to the south.
