Getting pretty tired of these quests where you have double back climb up a rock look for some God forsaken cave where the NPC doesn't show up on your map because someone has killed him. No direction there no ingame map no directions. You have to look at a website just to finish a quest.
It's getting annoying. I know some of you love to visit a website to understand how to finish a quest but it's idiotic. To spend minutes searching just to realize Blizzard hid a quest objective forcing you to search on a website should be illegal.
I bought the game, I paid for it, I should not have now give ad revenue to someone's website. It's annoying and it's a scam. No offence to wowhead but this quest is obnoxious.
The way into Oshu'gun begins east of Oshu'gun in Shadowfall Canyon. There are 2 entrances into Shadowfall Canyon (marked on the map - mouse over dots for coordinates). If you enter @ 55,63, you will find a second cave entrance inside Shadowfall Canyon on the left hand wall a short distance in, called the Underpale.
Once inside, follow your minimap, as the terrain is visually confusing.

What to do
Description
The Pale are wretched creatures that hide beneath the ground, ever plotting against those who dwell upon the surface. They stalk the Underpale, a twisted and dark cavern beneath Oshu'gun. If we are to succeed in stopping Cho'gall we must fight our way through their ranks beneath the earth. Make your way into the cavern, slay the vile creatures within and take out the Pale leader... the one known as Greyseer.
