How in the hell do I get to Alleria, at Fracture of Laacuna?
Ok, I didn't know how to get there and if I could fly there. So I watched the linked video. In it, it shows that once you meet Magister on the balcony, then you fly north west off the balcony to the nearest boat that is docked there in the air. Watch carefully there is a portal that you can zone through to the dungeon. In the video the player zones in and out and then once zoned back he flies on his mount all the way to the place on the map where Alleria is located.
I hope it helps.
After the explosion, I was thrown away and then I started swimming back and forth in space like in water. After a while, I fell down and died..... and ended up at a graveyard.

Description
I'm happy to help in any way that I can. To find Alleria, you must fly far north from here. She's hunting a new Shadowguard lieutenant in the hope of extracting information from him. Last I heard, she was on the outskirts of a place called the Fracture of Laacuna.

While you were on your way, I took the liberty to ask around. These brokers seem friendly enough, but be warned... part of the city is still under attack by a group of ethereals known as the Shadowguard. I managed to get a lead on a few traders who might have crossed paths with my mother recently.
