The Preservationists is a quest for level 1-90 in Valdrakken.
Welcome, adventurer. Have you heard the news?
There's been a rash of artifact thefts as rumors of treasures and secret locations are being exposed.
If you'd like to learn more, seek out Preservationist Kathos. Your skills at deciphering secrets might help reveal who's behind this chaos.

You pick this quest up by [npc=199261] in Valdrakken at /way 54, 60.
Then you go to [npc=206864] inside The Roasted Ram at /way 47, 48. to hand in the quest and start Preserving Rarities
Now you can start the [event=1396]!
I believe this breadcrumb was only available during the [event=1396] event. It is no longer possible to pick up this breadcrumb quest, unless the event returns at a later time. However, please note this:
This event is not an annual holiday, however Blizzard has mentioned that there may yet be more secrets to uncover.
Made this account so people don't need to go what i was going true. So Torch of Pyrreth and whole Secret of Azeroth cannot begin if you don't have the newest expansion. So if you are playing only with subscription you cannot start the quest.
