TheWoWDBIf you've received the scale but Alexstrasza can't be found anywhere afterward, be sure that you've completed the quest chain starting with To Tyrhold and ending with Red Dawn. She should reappear in Valdrakken afterward!

After not being able to "Meet with Koranos" I relogged like Bcoats88 said. This did the trick but now I can't place the scale because I'm not lvl 70.
So if you're not max lvl yet don't bother flying to this place.
Quest bugged for me and I couldn't turn it in to Koranos. After relogging he appeared with a yellow ? so I could turn it in.

Description
Keeper Tyr did love his mysteries. Clearly, there is deeper meaning to the gift he gave us. As he most likely forged this scale at his former citadel, perhaps it will be the key to helping unlock its secrets. Go with Koranos to Tyrhold, {name}. As a trusted advisor and watcher of this land, I am sure he will have insight into this matter.
