It seems like half of the quests in this questline are named after songs . Haven't Got Time For the Pain, Time is Running Out, Time in a Bottle, Feels Like the First Time, etc. Also The Never-Final Countdown if you remove "never-"

Title for this quest reminds me of a certain song from the early 70s. Kinda wish the game music played it while you complete this. :-)
You have to walk through the Time Motes that spawn and they credit 2% each toward completion.

What to do
Description
Great! The Timewalker staff intact! But, it is definitely drained. I know! You can recharge it using the temporal energy coalescing around the wildlife here. Unfortunately, that means defeating affected creatures in the forest. The energies were making them dangerous and unstable, and we would have had to cull the population after anyhow... Sometimes you have to sacrifice for the greater good. Could you help? I still need a minute.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Time is Running Out
With the bronze temple under attack temporal energy is seeping out everywhere. The Timewalkers placed collectors all through this forest trying to gather all the errant magic. Anything collected can also be used as extra power! Which is a good thing, this crisis is draining all our resources.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Feels Like the First Time
Shepherding the timeways is a dangerous duty. Though you are not a Timewalker, Ambassador Chronormu believes you will be of great help. But to ensure your safety we must properly train you. Unfortunately, all our instructors are still missing. I will do my best to help. Let us see how we both do.
