8. Use [item=208092] just on the outside wall of the shed to find [item=227672]

12. Fly north to Sholazar Basin and use [item=227664] to talk to [npc=226952] at /way #119 64.74 59.58 Use Spirit's Whistle

14. [npc=226952] will mark two red crosses on your map

I had to summon Rexxar in Sholazar to get the red crosses on the map appear and let me get credit for telescope. Without that the body in Icecrown wouldn't spawn.

If you cant find Scrape's corpse on the floor, use the whistle, worked for me, then interact with it, then to Rexxar
