Good news! We have a lead. Rexxar has agreed to help us find Scrapes. If anyone can track down that undead murderer, it's him.
Rexxar has followed the scent to the Borean Tundra. He left this note for you.

Step 2 of 7. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.
Taken from the quest's prerequisites.
The missing guest? Yes, some Herrkrop fellow. Not to worry, I've already solved the case. He probably just got lost. Relax, <class>. Enjoy the festivities! Our missing guest will show up soon enough. If you don't believe me, go... I don't know... solve it yourself. Interrogate someone or other.
Taken from a quest that requires this one.
I've tracked the scent of Scrapes as far as here, but this cold air smothers our lead. I found a couple scraps of notes. Nothing useful yet, but he seems to have left a paper trail in his hurry. Look for clues that may indicate where our villain's lair is hidden.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
