TheWoWDBDoing this today in 9.0 as part of Chromie Time on live, the hydra needed for this bonus objective seem to have a very low spawn rate. I've completed this plenty of times in the past and never had this issue before, been flying around for 15-20ish minutes and only come across 4/5 needed and I'm pretty sure one of them was a respawn of the first I killed.
Plenty of dead corpses by the NPCs but I'm pretty sure I'm the only actual player in the area.

You can find [npc=85219] at 32.3 47.3 in front of a little hut in the south camp, next to the shore.
Spent 30 minutes at the site today, 10/15, seeing 2 respawned Varashian Vilefangs in that time. I tried relogging, turning off Warmode, going back and forth in and out of the area and nothing helped.
If you're not lucky enough to stumble upon the area without anyone else having been there first, I'd say skip this bonus objective until it's fixed.
