First do "Leave Nothing Behind". You will have to kill a few while doing this quest.
Then go back to the entrance where there are 3 groups of 1 Frostwolf Greyfur Orcs with 2 wolves. Wait for the group to engage the Thunderford Orc and lay your hit to claim the kill. If you are ranged, then you can get several at once.
Utilizing Findle's Loot-A-Rang, you can loot from a distance. A very useful technique for ranged DPS.

Description
Thunderlord spend their days training to hunt as a team, but as individuals they are weak. Their only strength is in numbers. So... to win, we must cull their numbers. As we move up through the Daggermaw Ravine, slay any Thunderlord who stand in your way, and their clan will be made the weaker for it.
