Description
My brother Ga'nar stands beside me.
Wor'gol, Stonefang, and your garrison hold strong.
Our clan is united, and the Thunderlord are already on the run. We are ready. The time has come to face this "Iron Wolf."
I ran in and killed all the minions, but [npc=74225] was an invalid target when I tried to kill him. I had to run back to the entrance near [npc=76669] to start some role-play before I could continue.
I was having issues finding the entrance. If you do too, look for a giant skull and then enter at the mouth. Don't go for the marking on the map, it is a bit closer to the "orc village" north west of the map marker.
