The ogres are north of the Aldor rise in Shattrah City where all the mana thistle and other herbs are. Primarily only available to someone with a flying mount, unless you can get a summon.
Watch out for the elite summoner who paths there.

Description
So you want to join the Skyguard? Well, I know you can fly... but can you fight? The Skyguard is sworn to protect Shattrath from the dangers that loom above us, both near and far. The Gordunni ogres who dwell in the Barrier Hills to the north are an immediate threat to us. Reaching the ogres has been problematic for Shattrath's ground units. That's where we come in. See what you can do to help contain them.
