While soloing this may be doable, why bother? On my server, Runetotem, there are usually plenty of people who need this quest. Finding a group takes little time - why fight over the spawn so five individuals can try to kill him when a group can blast through it with ease?
Chillmaw flies around but stops at those (43,33) coordinates, just wait there. The 3 adds you need to kill spawn when you aggro him. Oh, Chillmaw is one of the newer model frostwyrms.

Description
The Argent Crusade has doubled the guard since your exposure of the Cult of the Damned's infiltrator. They know the cultists won't stop until they've destroyed this area and thwarted the tournament. The Argent Crusade's scouts have reported sighting a frost wyrm named Chillmaw leading a cult raiding party. You must intercept and destroy them before they attack. The scouts reporting seeing Chillmaw to the southwest, flying over the area between the Ironwall Rampart and Aldur'thar.
