If you are like me and abandoned the quest because it wasn't turning in, and now you can't find it, then look no further. I was flying around to the places it thought this quest was at, but I finally found it with Magni standing inside Mogu'shan Palace where Lore Master Cho was at. From there you can resume the quest back to Ra'dahn,
I am stuck on the Time-Lost Warriors. The quest doesn’t show up in my map. I fly to Qian and nothing happens. I can’t “find” the Rajani. Qian will not walk and the Ra-Den doesn’t exist. I’ve sent in reports for a week now to Blizzard, but I’m told that was a lost cause. Any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong or what I can do to fix this?

Description
According to the scouting report ye found, the Rajani are holed up in the Silent Sanctuary, overlooking Mistfall Village. They are described in the report as seclusive and dangerous, so we'd had best take caution when approaching them. I'll meet ye there.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Finding the Rajani
Now that we have an idea of who we're looking for, the next question is, where can we find them? With the constant infighting of the mogu, it is likely that each clan would keep tabs on the whereabouts of their competitors. If we can find such information, it may just lead us to the Rajani.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Proof of Tenacity
If the Highkeeper is so convinced that we don't stand a chance against our enemies, perhaps a show of force would sway him. I am not sure how you would manage, but if you could bring proof of a victory against those who threaten the Vale, it may convince him that action should be taken.
The storyline at a glance
The Engine of Nalak'sha has 9 steps, from It's Never Easy to Magni's Findings.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Vale of Eternal Blossoms (6), Chamber of Heart (2), Kun-Lai Summit (1).
