This is a really neat little quest (if it works). Once you click the third thingy you'll be sent back to your character creation spot with the intro cutscene playing, at which point Andantenormu will apologise and ask that you come back. If you're stunned IRL, like I was, and accidentally ignore Andantenormu, he will get frustrated and manually teleport you back after about 20 seconds and a heavy sigh.

my new fav quest in the game i got a good laugh out of this
This quest made me sob. What the hell. I still remember the first time I created my character, and she has been my main since 2007. To see her standing there in her new, modern gear, new hair and accessories, made me just... incredibly emotional. What a good quest, really.

What to do
Description
Shepherding the timeways is a dangerous duty. Though you are not a Timewalker, Ambassador Chronormu believes you will be of great help. But to ensure your safety we must properly train you. Unfortunately, all our instructors are still missing. I will do my best to help. Let us see how we both do. I know the Ambassador Chronormu is counting on the both of us.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Time in a Bottle
Great! The Timewalker staff intact! But, it is definitely drained. I know! You can recharge it using the temporal energy coalescing around the wildlife here. Unfortunately, that means defeating affected creatures in the forest.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Times Like These
Despite that small hiccup during training, I believe you are prepared enough to aid us here. The distortions in the valley are allowing different time periods to cross over into ours. We are unsure why these timelines connect which is quite alarming. We need more information.
