TheWoWDBThe previous quest, Mistress of the Claw, found Lea underground in Tel'Andu Barrow Den (cave entrance [47, 30]).
This "fill a flask" quest, To The Hills, is NOT underground. You have to walk back to the surface, then head to a moonwell up a hill at [35.4, 25.6]. There are three VERY SMALL clickable pink flasks sitting on the edge of the moonwell, which you might not notice at first. Click one of those to complete the quest.
Next, to find Lea's new location to turn in the quest, the quest marker shows coordinates [55, 22], a big swirling portal in the Dreamgrove (on the surface, not underground). Go through that to go from the Dreamgrove to the Emerald Dreamway. Within the Emerald Dreamway, go through the Grizzly Hills portal, located at [32, 27] (the left of the two northernmost portals). In Grizzly Hills, there's a quest marker on the map at [51, 36], but again this is deceptive - Lea is underground again! Fly up to the center of the huge tree (remember flying? stretch your wings!) at [51, 42], the fly down about 20 feet off the ground, then fly northward into another burrow where you'll find Lea.
Now breathe a sigh of relief that you had the good sense to look this quest up in Wowhead, instead of walking back and forth over the quest marks on the map, swearing at your computer monitor. Unless you did that for an hour until you thought of looking it up in Wowhead.
The next quest, [quest=41783], is sometimes not completable without dropping and reaccepting it, so you might want to look that up too.

As of 9.0.1, the next quest in this chain, Fallen Offerings, is no longer required, however Lea's dialog when you turn this in implies you need something. You don't. It skips ahead to The First Trial of Ursol. Or...it should. Except, sometimes Ursol doesn't spawn when you turn this one in. Don't worry. You didn't mess up.Either step out of the cave and step back in or exit game and restart (not /reload). He should be standing there in the entrance with the next quest.
As of The War Within patch 11.0.5, when turning in this quest nothing happened. I had to close my game and restart it to get Ursol to appear near me in the same location to continue the quest chain. Another buggy AF quest, blizz.

Description
It is said that a fragment of Ursoc's spirit, his fury and rage, remained within the claws after his death. Only those who have attained mastery of discipline have any hope of wielding them without being overwhelmed by the bear lord's fury. <Lea looks intently at you for a moment.> But you are no novice, I can see that clearly. Very well, draw water from the moonwell on the northern edge of the grove then come find me. I'll await your arrival within the broken stump of Vordrassil in Northrend.
