TheWoWDBI abandoned the quest, hearthed to Dalaran, flew back to the Dreamgrove and then made my way back to Grizzly Hills and it unbugged me. Just in case anyone is still having issues.

No need to abandon this quest -- just make sure that the two npcs are taunted.. don't let them stay in the back for too long or they disappear..
When the quest bugged (I had defeated a wave of enemies, but nothing else happened) I simply ran out towards the center of Grizzlemaw, after which the 'party' dropped. I then ran back in, talked to Ursol again, and could complete it.

Now that we have Ursol's blessing, we can safely pass the magical wards and reach the claws' resting place! Now, we must pass into the Dream. Lay down before the Shrine of Ursol and drink of the moonwater you brought earlier and your spirit will drift off into the dream.
