From Borean Tundra take the boat at 79, 51 to the harbour in Dragonblight to complete the quest.

LOL.. while I was writing that ^ I got ganked on the boat by some warrior, then some helpful paladin turns up, kills the warrior, and res's me. I res in the water on the Northrend map (ie, not in either zone) - fatigue kicks in quick and I die again. The paladin then jumps off the boat, swims to me, res, heal heal heal, we swim to shore (about halfway between the two ports, typically) and the paladin then proceeds to escort me to my destination on foot.

Moral of the story: try not to die en-route.
