I completely understand how confusing or frustrating it can be when a quest chain suddenly becomes unavailable, especially when you’re eager to continue the story.

This particular quest chain was designed to be time-gated as part of its intended progression. Because of that, Leona Darkstrider is not currently available to offer the chain, and this is working as designed.

We truly appreciate your patience while waiting for the next portion to become available. Please be sure to check back in the future, as additional quests and updates will unlock as the content progresses."

I have figured out whats wrong with this quest. Apparently, the quest giver should not be there after all. Because we save her in the upcoming quest series called Foothold. People who got the quest got lucky because it was bugged. Blizzard has done it again so to say.

Description

Thanks for freeing me from those ethereal cages in the Ethereum Overcroft. The Void is powerful here in ways we're only beginning to understand, and that danger brings new opportunities. If you remember, my quest to combine the power of the Void with the strength of the Illidari has not changed. Backing Adarus was a mistake, but a necessary one to progress. And now I've found a willing teacher in Allari. I ask for your help again, {name}. Help me find the strength to protect my people.
