I saw the red flag the moment I read the quest text stating "Defeat as many Ultradons as it takes to find the perfect implement."

Little did I know, that'd it'd take roughly 30+ kills to get.

Who designs this and goes "Yeah... This seems like fun. They'll love flying around in circles killing the same mobs over and over and over again until it finally drops."
If I wanted to play Classic, I'd go play classic.

Description

Voidstorm is a world of apex creatures. One in particular, the ultradon, stands above others in its strength and ferocity. But make no mistake, {name}. We demon hunters are the true apex predators wherever we go, because we are willing to go to any length in order to dominate. I see no better creature to harvest an implement in which to inscribe Leona's tattoos. Head to Nexus-Point Antius with Leona. Defeat as many ultradons as it takes to find the perfect implement.
