A great place to do this world quest is [npc=92989]'s cave at 66.6, 36.7.
[npc=92989] and the [npc=97338]s spawn almost constantly and are easy to kill.

A great place to do this world quest is the Cavern of the Keeper.
Fly to Starsong Refuge. Go due north, towards, and through, the gate. Cross the Dreadroot bridge, and look for the signpost in the middle of the road, behind the small fence. The one pointing right says, "Ash'theran". Go that way, through the gate, over the bridge, take the left fork, then the right fork, into the Cavern of the Keeper.
Easier than that sounds, but I did not want you to get lost.
