So I did the quest chain and ended up completing this one as well. I did not receive the toy. I also did not already have the toy.
Tried relogging, reloading, looking for the item in my bag/bank. Nothing.EDIT: Received the toy on an alt from doing a quest in the 20th anniversary secret event on a different character and hadn't used it... Don't make the same mistake lol.
