TheWoWDBI think wowhead has it wrong....I turned this in today and got 96 honor at level 85.
Edit: No longer true 4.0.6 changed it to 200 honor. Don't know why I was downvoted though prior to 4.0.6 this was true, and stated that I got less than was posted wasn't false either.

Anyone know what the criteria are for completing this? Do you have to be in zone before the battle starts all the way through its completion, or do you just have to do some PvP damage at some point while the zone is being contested with your side winning in the end?
what do you mean - In the Zone - what zone, where, how do you get there - I really wished people would look at what is being asked in these blogs and answer questions if you have the answer not just put - "you have to be in the zone" - umm I am always in the zone?Hoss, he shouldn't have to explain that in order to complete "Victory in Tol Barad" that you have to be in the contested Tol Barad PVP zone when your faction wins. That's kinda academic.
