If you're like me, you like to check to see who owns Tol Barad to grab the quests for later, just in case your side doesn't have Tol Barad when you have time to do the quests. You can do the quests -- EXCEPT THIS ONE -- at any time and turn them in to Captain Jake Jones.
You can't do this one when the opposite faction has Tol Barad because the spawns at the three sites will be friendly, and you won't be able to kill them. So if you have time, try to do this one quickly.
4.0.6: Alliance can turn this quest into to Captain Jake Sones at the Baradin Base Camp on Tol Barad Peninsula if the quest giving NPC's despawn in preparation for another battle.

I need you to investigate the slagworks, warden's vigil and the ironclad garrison. Kill any horde that you find. You know what they say, the only good horde is a dead horde!
