TheWoWDBI arrived at Gloom Hollow to hand this quest in, but no NPC appears to actually hand the quest into.
Checked my quest log and still had a quest called "To Gloom Hollow" where you have to find 3 NPC's, one of which is Korkush.
Once you hand-in "To Gloom Hollow" in, then Korkush (he's the Innkeeper) will appear in his hut, and then you can hand-in Wanted: Ayame.

On This Quest you need to get [item=162118] is droping from [npc=133980]. Quest you take from [object=293568] 62 41 and give back after finish to [npc=135072] 62 41 in Nazmir.
