TheWoWDBSo, kill the adds before you engage him. The quest says 3 players, but he's solo-able...if you take out the adds first.
As an Arcane Mage, I used Arcane Power, Touch of the Magi, Radiant Spark (Kyrian ability) and Mirror Image. I only went down to 75% health.
First time I tried him, the adds around him are all neutral so I didn't give them a second thought. Big mistake. They turn hostile when you attack their friend. And with all of them there I kept having to back up with Shimmer until I got so far back he reset at 1% health. The distance he resets isn't that far. One Shimmer and a yard backing up while shooting Fire Blast. So try to stay close to the small slope going up to where he waits.
By the way, for those with TomTom the slope going up to him is at /way 52.11, 24.12

So I don't have any of the Maldraxxus Wanted quests. I went to the /way and I see the poster but no quest associated with it. I'm level 60. What gives?

What to do
Description
For failure to pay debts upon lost wagers, theft of arena property, and for the slaughter of an authorized debt collector. All necessary violence is hereby sanctioned when confronting Vix. Special warning to be on the lookout for numerous associates who have demonstrated a violent attitude toward outsiders. Elimination of this felon is of the highest priority.
