Warbringer Mox'na is at 47.5, 53.3 in Azsuna. He's patrolling the path north from Illidari Stand, up the mountain.

The quest marker for WANTED: Warbringer Mox'na is fixed and doesn't convey that Warbringer Mox'na walks a patrol. And there isn't a yellow or blue quest zone.
The route to the south and east from Illidari Stand forms a bowl shape. Warbringer Mox'na patrols along the bottom of the bowl shaped path. He starts at a lamp post at 47.4, 53.0 and ends his patrol at two columns (with a view of Dalaran in the background) at 51.4, 56.2. Half way between these points there's a waterfall and a bridge. Then Warbringer Mox'na turns around.
If he's killed he'll disappear for a while. If it's busy, Warbringer Mox'na will respawn quickly and you'll see corpses along the path.
