Warchief of the Horde

After completing the quest, the Horde leaders are outside discussing other matters. In particular, Thalyssra seems to be trying to woo Lor'themar!

"Thank you again for leading our forces in Nazjatar alongside me, Thalyssra. Your insight and courage were key to our victory."
"It was an honor, Lor'themar. I am relieved the war is finally over. Now you have no excuse to refuse my invitation to visit Suramar."
"Well, uh... I have been away from Silvermoon for some time. No doubt my people require-"
"Halduron has assured me that Quel'Thalas is quite secure. And Rommath said that if you put up a fuss, he will teleport you to the Nighthold himself."
"(jokingly) It seems my closest allies are conspiring against me!"
"Would it really take a conspiracy for you to spend some time alone with me?"
"No... my lady, it would be my pleasure."
"A sutiably chivalrous answer, Regent Lord. There may be hope for you yet! Perhaps I can even teach you to relish the... simpler joys in life."
"Perhaps you can, First Arcanist. Perhaps you can."

Hey, after being trapped in the Suramar bubble for 10,000 years, can you blame her? Also, Baine is giving some council to Rokhan.

"Since da death of Vol'jin, da Darkspear been lookin' ta me ta guide dem. I been fightin' for dem a long, long time... but dat don't mean I deserve ta be their chieftain."
"I felt much the same when my father died. It happened suddenly, and I feared that I was unprepared to take his place. But I was ready, just as you are. You prove that in Zuldazar and at Stromgarde. The Darkspear have faith in you, and so do I."
"Heh. Ya best be stoppin da flattery, Baine, before it be goin to me head. But... da Darkspear do be needin a leader. A voice on da council. And if it gotta be me... den it be me."
"Trust your judgement Rokhan. It has led you this far."
"It be havin a lotta help. From da Darkspear, from da loa... and from da Horde."

Thrall is also talking to Gazlow out back.

"Gallywix has fled the city along with the rest of Sylvanas' inner circle. That leaves the Bilgewater Cartel without its Trade Prince. Gazlowe, it was your cleverness and ingenuity that built the walls of Orgrimmar. I can't think of anyone I would trust more to take over as leader."
"A cartel ain't a clan or tribe, Thrall. Steamwheedle, Bilgewater... it don't matter who supplies the cash, so long as the pay's good. 'Under new management' is just another way of sayin' 'oppurtunity's knockin.' So, sure... you got yourself a deal!"
"Can you be sure that none of the goblins here are still being funded by Gallywix?"
"Oh, I guarantee they are. That's why I'm gonna pay 'em MORE than that cheapskate!"

Finally, Overlord Geya'rah is confiding in Lilian.

"The Mag'har have never known life without a warchief. I will be hard for them... and for me. But it seems your people have lost a queen as well."
"The Forsaken are torn by turmoil and doubt. Many still love Slyvanas, even after all she has done. Others believe their home remains in the Horde."
"And you? Where do your loyalties lie?"
"Where they always have- with the Forsaken. To be raised into undeath is to be forever haunted by the ghosts of your past. A caring hand can offer comfort through the pain."
"I see no crown upon your head. Are you the new queen they seek?"
"No. I'll speak on my people's behalf, but I won't rule them. There is another I believe will prove better suited to that task... when the time is right."
"The love you hold for your people burns as bright as my own for the Mag'har. I wish you good fortune, Lilian Voss."
"To us all, Overlord."

EDIT: Missed one. You can also speak to Dark Ranger Velonara, who shares the view of a former Banshee Loyalist.
"These are interesting times. We dark rangers were fiercely loyal to Sylvanas. We trusted her... followed her commands.
It is clear that our loyalty was never truly reciprocated.
Some of my sisters and brothers have chosen to remain at the Dark Lady's side. I, and many others, have not.
<Velonara's expression becomes steely. Determined.>
I refuse to be a slave to this torment."
Both the sin'dorei and Forsaken are my kin. I stand with them, and with the Horde."

Am i the only one who thought that this was somewhat anticlimatic?

So, why is Sylvanas still in Grommash Hold? She should be phased out for players that progressed through the part of the story where she left. Whoever is in charge of Orgrimmar should be there instead, whoever that is.
