I present introduction to Shadowlands quest chain. You have to do 22 quests after finish Stand as One you will achieve Into the Maw.

To complete the quest you need to assist Jaina in escaping the Mawsworn in Calcis.
All you need to do is defeat [npc=165983]s that attack your squad during the quest.

I had a very difficult time completing this quest on beta while playing my copied fully leveled hunter. For whatever reason, she came over at level 47 with only 8K health in Boralus & needing to complete only a single quest. I completed the little town quest & dinged 48 then went through a portal to SW to try to find a darn quest leading to Shadowlands.
This isn't a high level quest but the mobs hit very hard and Jaina didn't bother to heal or ice block me the first 4 or 5 times I attempted the quest. I was hanging onto her coattails and just getting one hit by multiple mobs until she finally threw me a couple of pity heals then ice blocked me. The quest continued normally afterwards without issue.
It's beta but it's more beta than I remember any other xpac being at this stage.

Description
It's a relief to see friendly faces again. But we have little time for pleasantries. Thrall is wounded, and we are being hunted by the denizens of this realm. We must seek shelter at once. Come, I believe I know of a place.
