Was sent from Dazar'alor to outside Undercity, to see a lengthy exchange of words and then.................nothing?

I was thinking I had missed something in the storyline as I didn't know who [npc=156513] was. Yet turns out she was introduced in a book...
Really kind of annoying that Blizzard thinks that's a good way to bring in a character, evidentially this game is a book selling pitch too.
Edit: not sure why this keeps getting downvoted and someone who added wrong stuff like "introduced in Legion" or the obvious "she's in a quest" gets upvoted... (other than ppl are stupid)

Description

Because of Sylvanas, some members of the Horde are skeptical of the Forsaken. We must regain their trust. We cannot do that without accepting ourselves. So many feel lost, alone... abandoned. I have arranged a meeting. It could be a big step... or all go horribly wrong. Either way, you should bear witness. Meet me in Tirisfal Glades, at the Calston Estate.
