Need to get here? Do the few quests at the entrance of Arathi Highlands and they'll eventually take you to Hammerfall of the same zone. There Drum Fel will also give you quest to go to Revantusk Village, and he'll direct you to the flightmaster in Hammerfall, who in turn will fly you straight to the village for free. GL

For what it's worth though - those quests are not mandatory. If you want you can simply run straight to Hammerfall and grab the quest Revantusk Village from Drum Fel (provided you're at least level 29).

You can do both this quest and Revantusk Village.
