This quest is spawned from a drop. The drop is a "Rune Covered Tablet." http://www.wowhead.com/?item=23759
There's a really easy way to get this quest done.
When you enter the cave, go straight (obviously), and when you see the hole, jump down. You won't lose any health, it's a short drop.
Once you've landed (You should be surrounded by candles), there will be one mob in front of you. Not within your distance, but you'll need to kill it to get to Sriss'tiz.
You'll be able to see him from where you land, because it's really close to him.

Description
A naga invasion would be disastrous, {name}. I've seen what naga can do and I would not want to see such a catastrophe befall any being. If I were to guess, this Warlord Sriss'tiz will be hidden in a cave - probably along the coast to the west. Find Warlord Sriss'tiz and put an end to his reign.
