   • Pick this quest up from Zo'kita/way #2472 52.44 57.82 Zo'kita
   • Travel northwest to Eco-Dome: Primus/way #2371 Eco-Dome: Primus
   • Equip your Zo'kita Safety Gear (a provided quest item) which will make red columns of light visible around the eco-dome indicating the position of a lootable Zo'kita.
   • Loot 8 fruits and return to Zo'kita to turn in the quest.

4. A Dozen Veilshards
   • 
     
   • Collect Veilshards by interacting with rats (which have the quest glow) around Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. After interacting with the rat, it will turn red then run off. Follow it until it leads you to a lootable veilshard. I received 1-2 shards per rat.

   • Turn in the quest at Citizen Om'sto /way #2472 46.57 50.37 Citzen Om'sto

6. Flavorful Scraps
   • 
     
   • Pick this quest up from Zo'nog east of Tazavesh, the Veiled Market, in the desert-like area.

   • Kill Hungry Trashmite or loot Tazavesh Trash piles in the quest area until you have 24 Discarded Items.

Once you turn in the last of the 3 quests above (which can be done in any order), you will be given a Grubber Lure. Right-click on the item in your inventory to be granted the quest Eliminate Grubber. Completing this quest will complete the warrant and A Key Threat.

I love how the quest says "Flavorful Scraps" and not a single indication in the quest text as to what they are or where to go to get them. At least the other two ingredients are marked on the map and the quest givers are nearby.

4. Quest giver at /way 48.48, 58.76 K’aresh.

6. Basket of Zo’kita Fruit:
   Go to Zo’kita.
   Accept the quest, then click the Safety Gear to activate the 15-min buff.
   Collect fruit in ECO-DOME: PRIMAS while buffed.
   
7. Complete collecting the fruit; this in removes the gear, but it also unlocks the next collection step.

9. A Dozen Veilshards, Active during the warrant chain.
10. 
    Thieving Scurriers (rats) spawn in the friendly Tazavesh side; chase them to burrows and loot Veilshards.
    
11. Flavorful Scraps This objective only unlocks after you turn in Basket of Zo’kita Fruit.

    The Quest Giver is Zo'Nog, at /way 68.61, 42.40 Tazevesh
    The drops become available from highlighted trash and trash mobs in Scrapdrift Sands (beasts, scavengers, local mobs).
    Kill/loot until you have the required number, turn into Zo'Nog

15. Once Fruit, Veilshards, and Scraps are all finished, turn them in together to trigger the fight with Grubber.
