Completing this warrant requires doing 3 additional quests which award the items needed to turn this in:


  2. A Bag of Veilshards (version 2: of A Dozen Veilshards)

    • Collect Veilshards by interacting with rats (which have the quest glow) around Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. After interacting with the rat, it will turn red then run off. Follow it until it leads you to a lootable veilshard. I received 1-2 shards per rat.

  4. Pile of Voidbane Gems

    • Pick this quest (and the 3rd quest: Umbral Facade) up from Acquisitioner Xy'gui/way #2371 53.90 26.93 Acquisitioner Xy'gui
    • Use the Phase Conduit nearby to enter Untethered Space/way #2371 53.92 26.74 Phase Conduit
    • Loot Voidbane Stashes marked on your map with a gold circle or loot individual gems. They look like translucent purple or blue chests. I found some at

    • Alternatively, you can kill Phaseblade Bandits. If you are also on the 3rd quest (Umbral Facade), you should scan these mobs BEFORE killing them.

    • Use the Phase Conduit nearby to enter Untethered Space/way #2371 53.92 26.74 Phase Conduit
    • Travel west to Shadow Point/way #2371 49.58 26.59 Shadow Point
    • Use the Essence Scanner item in your bags to scan the Phaseblade mobs around Shadow Point before you kill them.
    • Turn in the quest at Acquisitioner Xy'gui


Once you turn in the last of the 3 quests above (which can be done in any order), you will be given a Hollowbane Portal Key. Right-click on the item in your inventory to be granted the quest Eliminate Hollowbane. Completing this quest will complete the warrant.

Description

Shadowguard forces in Shadow Point have rallied around an enigmatic champion know as Hollowbane. Though the Hollowbane's existence is unconfirmed, we have located a travel portal supposedly used by the champion. Unlock the portal and expose Hollowbane so they may be confronted and eliminated.
