This quest is one of 6 warrants you may choose from which starts near Constable Zo'ardaz in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
/way #2472 48.60 57.75 Constable Zo'arda

Completing this warrant requires doing 3 additional quests which award the items needed to turn this in:

  2. A Bag of Veilshards (version 2: of A Dozen Veilshards)

    • Collect Veilshards by interacting with rats (which have the quest glow) around Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. After interacting with the rat, it will turn red then run off. Follow it until it leads you to a lootable veilshard. I received 1-2 shards per rat.

    • Turn in the quest at Citizen Om'sto /way #2472 46.57 50.37 Citzen Om'sto

  4. Pile of Voidbane Gems

    • Pick this quest (and the 3rd quest: Umbral Facade) up from Acquisitioner Xy'gui/way #2371 53.90 26.93 Acquisitioner Xy'gui
    • Use the Phase Conduit nearby to enter Untethered Space/way #2371 53.92 26.74 Phase Conduit
    • Loot Voidbane Stashes marked on your map with a gold circle or loot individual gems. They look like translucent purple or blue chests. I found some at

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the quest's prerequisites.

  • Warrant: ShatterpulseK'aresh · Level 80

The horrifying monstrosity known as Shatterpulse lies hidden in a stasis cell at Shadowpoint. It is not kept as a prisoner, but as a weapon to be unleashed upon us when we are least prepared. Create a key to open Shatterpulse's stasis cell revealing this threat to everyone.

After this quest

Taken from a quest that requires this one.

  • Warrant: Arcana-Monger So'zerK'aresh · Level 80

Arcana-Monger So'zer is responsible for a spree of thefts throughout Tazavesh that have resulted in the loss of magic relics, wands, and several crates of highly toxic Zo'kita fruit. Informants suggest that So'zer may be compelled to reveal himself if presented with a highly prized arcane relic.

Other storylines on the Tazavesh map

Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
