Once you have opened the waygate to the forbidden reach, you can safely discard [item=204873]
for whatever reason i only got this quest on my main. even after unlocking it, the waygate does not work for my alts. i have a feeling that is a pug, but, maybe there is some other gate. uncertainedit. update. on your alts, go to [npc=189066] and pick up the quest from him directly in the tower in the waking shore. he will offer you the quest Waygate: Morqut Islet. once you get to the waypoint, power it up, CLICK IT AGAIN to learn the location path, then you will have access to use it after that. you dont even have to turn the quest in before you can start using it.
