TheWoWDBDisconnected when entering range of turn in. I'm fairly certain there was a scene that was supposed to play, but the disconnect skipped it.

I am stuck - I completed the quest before (Training Wings) and handed in, along with the rest of my party. They all got this follow on quest from Alexstrasza, but I haven't been offered the quest. There is no ! above her head and she's in human form. Any ideas? I did it on my main without any trouble, but now I can't continue the quest line on my alt without 'Who Brought the Ruckus'. I have no idea what to do about it. I have confirmed that I have completed Training Wings and definitely haven't completed Who Brought the Ruckus. Any ideas? Thanks
