- They're the tools just south of the camp, not the ones in the camp
- If you approach them normally, they'll get feared & run away. It's possible to catch them but difficult
- If you /whistle they will stop & let you pick them up without running away (even if you got too close & they were already feared away).
It's pretty simple once you work out what you're meant to do, but it's less obvious than most quests.

Description
This is terrible! My *hic* tools seem to have run off when I wasn't looking. I can't *hic* stand the thought of them all alone out there, no doubt scared out of their minds! Would you round them up for me? Just be patient and *hic* try to soothe their nerves and I'm sure they'll warm right up to you!
