This quest is a bit weird atm, location of cave entrance is here on beta, despite the WQ showing it in the middle of the centaur place. It's a tuskarr quest in ohn'ahran plains (there aren't really any tuskarr settlements here) and atm the tuskarr are bugged and can be clicked multiple times to just instant-complete the quest.
