TheWoWDBCan’t complete ‘What a Gull Wants’ when "Naga Attack is also a daily at the same time. When you go down the beach to click fishing poles, the ‘Naga Attack’ takes over and the fishing poles disappear. The ones you clicked away do not respawn.
If you haven't completed the quest line that starts on the dock, you can complete it after picking up the quest. However, the next time both the quests are up, you will not be able to complete. Completing 'Naga Attack' first does not solve the issue, either. Posts were submitted on the Blizzard Bug/TS support forums.
