Just to clarify, "What's Wrong at Cenarion Thicket?" can be picked up at one of three location, Horde: Tooki, Alliance: Jenai Starwhisper, or Neutral: Lethyn Moonfire. You can only accept it once, so if you get it from Lethyn, don't do what I did and /rage for 20 minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't get it in the town 9.9

Description
I don't know about you, but I have no idea what all of those things are. I do know one thing though - they look dangerous! {name}, I think you should take this box of parts to Tooki at Stonebreaker Hold to the southeast. He may have some idea of what these are.
