TheWoWDBThis is just a breadcrumb quest. I can accept this quest from Faerin on my main character who completed the 3 Azj-Kahet chapters, but not on an alt who hasn't done any of the campaign. Seems like this breadcrumb quest is locked behind the campaign.
However, you can just go right to [npc=220595] at 44, 66 in Azj-Kahet to accept Field Research. Tool of Attunement seems to be locked behind some portion of the campaign quest, but I don't know by how far.

If you have progressed the questline [storyline=5562] to the point where Faerin has moved away from the camp, you will not be able to accept this quest until you complete said questline.
Upon completion, you can find her back in the camp where she was originally.

Description
Some of my people found a few haranir setting up one of their camps to the southwest. They were missing some vital supplies, so my people offered to help out. However, I worry about how they're all getting along over there. Could you check in on them? Make sure we're being good hosts to the haranir... and that nobody has inadvertently offended anyone. Please.
